After working for a range of high-level Victorian law firms, Andrea took her knowledge and expertise to launch Wills and Succession Lawyers to help others.
Andrea comes with a wealth of experience and has worked exclusively in the field of Wills and Estate Planning, servicing clients of financial planners, tax professionals and other professional advisers, in both the trustee company and private practice industries for over 12 years.
Andrea appreciates and understands that this area of the law is very delicate and as such ensures that she treats her clients in a professional, friendly, approachable and considerate way.
When Andrea is not working in the area of Wills and Estate Planning, you might see her out walking her Groodles down by the beach, going out for brunch or travelling around Victoria.

To make sure we are the right fit for you, we will give you a quick call to introduce ourselves and chat briefly about your estate planning needs, along with the next steps if you’d like to move forward.

This time is all about you. We will discuss strategies to suit your personal circumstances, wishes and instructions. We will also educate you on the documents required for this process. After our first meeting we will give you a fixed fee quote for approval before commencing drafting your documents and commencing any work.

We will work carefully and thoroughly behind the scenes to draft your documents ready to provide to you.

We will take you through your documents to confirm they have been prepared in accordance with your instructions.

Once you have confirmed the documents have been prepared in accordance with your instructions, we will arrange for the documents to be signed and witnessed.

We can help advise about safe storage but once we provide the original documents to you, storing these documents is up to you.
